This morning smoothie helps reduce inflammation and redness from stubborn breakouts
The ingredients in the Red No More smoothie will help reduce the redness and
inflammation associated with breakouts. This is an amazing breakfast smoothie for someone struggling with inflamed acne.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup papaya
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed
- 1 cup water
- ½ lime juiced
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
